FAQ
Due to the incredible volume of orders received (thank you SO much!) and with Australia Post’s Christmas cut-offs fast approaching, we are no longer able to guarantee that orders placed from now until Christmas will arrive in time for Christmas Day.
We will continue to create and ship all orders as quickly as possible, and will endeavor to have current orders dispatched by Christmas Eve, however this cannot be guaranteed. However final delivery times are outside our control once lodged with the postal service.
Our studio will be closed from Christmas Day through to Monday 12th January.
The website will remain open during this time, and orders can still be placed, but order processing and production will resume from 12th January.

How long will my order take?
Products are most often shipped within 5-7 business days, however personalised products may take up to 2 weeks. Large Corporate/Business Orders may require a longer lead time. If you are seeking an urgent splash of personality, please do email redhillcreate@gmail.com to discuss your request.
Overselling
As Red Hill Creative also has a physical store (Chinchilla Creative Co) and online we may on the rare occasion unfortunately oversell a product via our online store. While we do our absolute best to ensure that our stock is updated and correct online these things do happen and we will contact you ASAP regarding your order should this occur.
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide through Australia Post with standard parcel post or express post options available.
We also offer FREE collection from the Red Hill Creative design studio based at the Chinchilla Creative Co, 128 Heeney Street Chinchilla 4413.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes, all prices are in AUD
Where are the products made?
All products are made by Red Hill Creative from my design studio at the Chinchilla Creative Co, in Chinchilla QLD 4413. All effort is made to source materials and supplies from local and Australian suppliers, however in some circumstances this is not possible.
Colour Variation:
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different screen settings, lighting, specific product characteristics (some acrylics and timbers/bamboo will have variances in texture and appearance). From time to time, Red Hill Creative may be required to substitute materials deemed to be most appropriate at the time.
