Shipping policy

Within Australia - We deliver all our orders to you via Australia Post Service. We post your order for a flat rate of $10 (domestic orders only) or we can express post for you at flat rate of $15.

Delivery Times - Whilst we work quickly to pack your order and get it to the post office, we are located in regional QLD (Chinchilla QLD 4413) so please be aware that delivery times can vary. 

Out of Stock Items - We update our site’s product availability multiple times a day however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time or we have sold an item in our store. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
